Our Initiatives

Dharam Di Kirat is an initiative by All India Granthi Singh Federation (AIGSF). Dharam Di Kirat is a spiritual job portal for Sikhs. The majority of these jobs are based in Gurdwaras around the world, and other settings with Sikh spiritual job vacancies. The purpose of Dharam Di Kirat is to bridge the gap between the job market and Sikh spiritual jobseekers. This is a worldwide platform initiated by All India Granthi Singh Federation.
Until now, there has been no global platform for Sikh spiritual jobseekers. Many job seekers are actively looking for employment, and many Gurdwaras around the world are in dire need of employees, but there has been no way for them to find each other and connect.
With regards to international hiring, the visa application process and other documentation cost a lot of money to both sides (the jobseeker and the Gurdwara) as there has been no streamlined process to help them. Dharam Di Kirat offers a standardised job application process and a dedicated team, making the process easy for everyone.
